Time to tone those arms & shoulders!
I'm so excited to be working with BRA-serie to bring you these easy but effective arm and shoulder workouts you can do from your home. Spring/Summer is just around the corner, so let's get to work! Here's the first exercise of our three-part series.
Bicep Curls
1) Stand straight up with weights at your side. Keep your core
engaged to protect your lower back.
2) Perform a bicep curl, alternating arms. Keep arms stationary. Make sure you don't swing the dumbbell, slowly raise and squeeze your muscles tight, and slowly go down.
Shoot for 3 sets, 10-12 reps.
3) That's it! Do these 3 times a week and you will start to see some amazing results. If you feel comfortable, you can increase weights gradually as you become stronger.
